Tango Conditioning with Sarah

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This online class is geared toward tango dancers of all levels, and is also open to those who have never danced or do not plan to learn tango. It is a continuous movement class focused on developing body awareness and preparing your body to dance better by improving strength, extension, torsion, balance and flexibility. The movements are accessible and adaptable to your individual needs and abilities. A yoga mat or something similar to cushion your body from the floor is highly recommended. Wear comfortable clothes (pants) that allow you to move and stretch. Barefoot is best, but wear socks if you’re cold!
The start times indicate when Sarah will begin admitting people into the class. The class will begin 10 minutes after the start time and will run for about an hour.
