A guided práctica, hosted by Sarah, open to those who have experience following, and are learning to lead. Sarah will answer questions and provide cues during this práctica. The aim is to foster an investigative spirit, encouraging dancers to share and develop ideas, and to take an active role in their journey as a leader.
