We welcome theater, dance, music, poetry, yoga, CULTURAL EVENTS film screenings, rehearsals, readings, workshops, classes, RECEPTIONS, & PARTIES Fundraisers, holiday parties, birthdays, product launches, photo shoots and other special events are also welcome here. We just ask that each event be RESPECTFUL of the space, the folks who work in the building, the neighborhood and the facilities. We also have a large outdoor space that is available for larger and more unique events such as WEDDINGS & OUTDOOR EVENTS. BOOKING While we strive to provide everyone with a space where they can create their unique event, sometimes our space and the desired event is not a good fit.

All rehearsals $15/h

$20/hr for small classes or auditions open to the public (up to 12 attendees) • $25/hr for larger classes or auditions open to the public (12+ attendees)

Workshops $250-$450/day (depending on size) for Weekday Workshops • $350-$600/day for Weekend Workshops

Photo/Video shoots – $600/day large production shoots,  $30-50/hr for smaller productions.
