Kayla McGill is a movement artist based in Philadelphia. Originally from Connecticut, Kayla began her dance training at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts. She later attended The University of the Arts graduating with a bachelor of fine arts in dance performance in 2019. Kayla continued her studies and earned a master of science in organizational leadership from Goodwin University in 2021. Her writing has been published through the Goodwin University Flagship Collection studying dance programs serving low income communities. Kayla is currently on staff at The University of the Arts as the School of Dance Academic Advisor. Kayla's artistic career includes live performances with an illusionist magician, music videos with artists such as DJ Diamond Kutz, acting in television commercials, lifestyling modeling, teaching teens and adults at Living Arts dance studio, and dancing with Bad Girls in Heels.
