Their mission and process as artists is to decolonize the body and to decolonize dance. They incorporate Afro-Cuban movement into their modern and improvisational practices. They strive to create meaningful work that revolves around the act of social, and political change, not only in their community but around the world. Implementing their identities like their Queerness, Latinidad, and their cultura to bring their communities together. Using this as a point of departure that will bring us to a place where we can begin to dismantle the outdated policing of our bodies. Their collaborators are made up from all over the world, as they say “we are de aqui, y de alla, and we believe that this work is for everyone.”
