The wild and sexy imagination of Artistic Director Brian Sanders brings you an unforgettable evening. URBAN SCUBA: ADULT SWIM features new and updated erotic, edgy, and evocative work from more than twenty years of unique dance theater. ADULT SWIM includes the best of JUNK’s sensual aerial dance performances, and the premiere of “Crushed Nuts,” Sanders’ titillating tribute to everyone’s favorite holiday score, Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker. There are also hits from our Snowball events of the past, and much more. This pleasure/treasure dive is not to be missed!

THE URBAN SCUBA SERIES: URBAN SCUBA, aka dumpster-diving, is off-the-wall choreography, different, daring and dangerous. Bringing new life to our city’s best debris, URBAN SCUBA marries traditional dance with dare-devil physical theater: high art for the lowbrow and vice versa – performances that are unique, engaging and wonderfully surprising, full of vitality and hip, cutting-edge fun.

URBAN SCUBA: ADULT SWIM will be performed at JUNK, 2040 Christian Street. Regular performances are $35; late shows (9:30 pm) are $25. The December 16th performance includes AfterGlow, where patrons can mix and mingle with the cast while enjoying food and drink, for a ticket price of $50.
