DUENDE – Break My Echo at FringeArts 2017

by Bill Hebert for The Dance Journal

Now beginning its fourth season, duende is a new music and contemporary dance collective which focuses on the interaction between performers and dancers in the live realization of new scores. Co-founded by composer Alyssa Weinberg, cellist Gabriel Cabezas and dancer/choreographer Chloe Felesina, shows emphasize an equal collaboration of music and dance, exploring the creative possibilities that result from the marriage of these two disciplines.  Photos captured from performance at the 2017 FringeArts Festival on September 7th & 8th.  RFead the review in The Dance Journal by Ashabi Rich, click here
