Flamenco dance organization Pasion y Arte is looking for a part-time project manager to work 3 to 5 hours per week from now through the first week of October. The hourly pay will be between $12-15. We are presenting a virtual dance project, Sevillana Get Togethers 2020, for this year’s Fringe Festival and need someone who is savvy about coordinating a Zoom performance with up to 30 performers, some who will be live, and some who will be pre-recorded. The project manager will be responsible for assembling the Zoom performance, have some interface with the performers, and will have some dealings with The Fringe Festival.
-Research Zoom and live streaming options; be the primary facilitator of the final, live interactive Fringe Festival event on October 4.
-Create a detailed schedule of content, and live times for the final event and be the primary point person for the event and its participants.
-Participate in management and communication with participating students and videographer of the 3 pre-recorded ‘mandala’ videos, premiering Sept. 17, 24, and October 1.
-Operate in tandem with Company Manager Mari Kraske in regards to event language and content inclusion for both pre-recorded videos and live events. Mari will continue to spearhead marketing, pr, and social media for the project unless otherwise instructed.
-Create “Sevillana Get Togethers” tab on PyA website and handle the placement on that tab of the premieres of the pre-recorded videos and update content regularly as needed.
-Be a point of contact for the Fringe Festival.
