This class is perfect for those of you who enjoy athletic activities ranging from tennis to CrossFit. This is a great class for increasing range of motion, flexibility, speed, coordination, power and creativity. Our resident break instructors, Mark and Steve from Hip Hop Fundamentals, will guide you through the basics of breaking and provide you with the strength and conditioning needed to support your practice. Don’t worry, you won’t have to spin on your head the first day. But you’ll have the opportunity to squat, move on all fours and learn what it is like to move intelligently with your back and stomach to the floor: completely new and fun movement patterns! This class will empower you for all endeavors in life. Take advantage of this rare opportunity. It is not often that you’ll come across a breaking class for adult beginners.
