Two Hearts Dance & Yoga – ONLINE – Barre

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 22, 2020
A ballet-inspired, low impact, isometric, interval training full-body workout that will sculpt and tone your body like none other. No dance experience required. Create your own barre (i.e. back of chair, counter top, etc). Light weights are optional.
