Stretch Class at Merge Dance Studio

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Sunday, repeating until June 14, 2020
This half hour class focuses on deeply stretching the body. Join us for this class to increase flexibility, loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel and better, improve range of motion, help prevent injury, and reduce pain. All fitness levels are welcome and no dance experience is necessary! Please bring a yoga mat with you for use during this class. Drop-ins welcome!
