Intensive. Ergonomic. Dynamic. Transcend your understanding of yoga as you know it with this nutrient-dense class prepared to invigorate the mind, body, and heart and to heighten your sensory awareness, bring vitality and energy back into the body, as well as calm and integrate the nervous system. This Vinyasa yoga class includes demonstrations as well as hands-on adjustments, breath-techniques, and “kriyas” (detoxifying method of clearing out the body of built up tension we no longer need). Hi-C Yoga incorporates postures and movement sequences that develop coordination, get your heart rate up, and provide the nourishment you will appreciate to start your weekend right. This class often will include fun, energetic musical accompaniment. Please bring a yoga mat for use during this class. All fitness levels are welcome and no prior yoga experience is necessary! Drop-ins welcome!
