Prime Action is an Afro-Contemporary based movement/dance praxis devised to cultivate the spirit, excite the mind and strengthen the body by activating the ASE = (Articulation, Succession, and Emanation) through movement. Prime Action is an approach to bringing participants into alignment with various AfrOist principles and energetics. These principles and energetics create a base for the comprehension of various movement and dance forms that derive from and are cultivated in the African diaspora.
