An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until October 1, 2020
This 60-minute class is offered VIRTUALLY! Focus on deep stretching to increase flexibility and conditioning exercises to strengthen your body. This class is perfect for dancers and those who enjoy the benefits of having a healthy body.
Open level, Beginners through to Advanced movers are welcome. No shoes required. Mats optional.
How to Register for Virtual Class Option:
Sign Up for Class: Sign up for a Koresh virtual class through MindBody. **You must sign up 15-30mins BEFORE the start time of class**
Download Zoom: Please have your FIRST & LAST NAME on your Zoom ID name match your MindBody Profile*
Check your email: You will receive TWO emails: Class confirmation upon registering & Zoom link sent 15-30 minutes prior to class. An email will be sent by a Koresh Staff member.
