Koresh Dance – Stretch and Strengthen with Kevan Sullivan

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until October 5, 2020
This 60-minute class is offered IN-PERSON at our Philadelphia studio! Focus on deep stretching to increase flexibility and conditioning exercises to strengthen your body. This class is perfect for dancers and those who enjoy the benefits of having a healthy body.
Open level, Beginners through to Advanced movers are welcome. No shoes required. Mats optional.
The Koresh School of Dance is committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff, teachers & dancers while in our space.
