Mind Body Movement Practice with Katherine Desimine

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until May 12, 2019
Come find ease and joy within movement! This class has a focus on keeping the body and mind healthy and happy. We will start with a thorough warm up, using floor work while focusing on breathe and imagery to connect our minds and bodies. We will progress through exercises designed to find coordination, strength, and balance in the body. We will end class with an energetic, fun phrase, layering ideas and movement worked on in class! Long sleeves and pants are recommended.
