Midday Movement with Ron Wood at UMA

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 31, 2019
Midday Movement is a beginner level version of Ron Wood’s Movement Flow class at Urban Movement Arts.
The class is an interdisciplinary workout, combining martial arts, plyometrics, agility training, gymnastics and more. It is a great way to increase coordination, strength, flexibility, and explosiveness. Everyone that takes Ron’s classes increase their confidence. It is a great teamwork atmosphere.
