Taught by Amy Novinski, Intermediate Ballet is a challenging and fun exploration of the technique learned in previous levels. Longer movement sentences are formed which allows you to layer your own artistry on top as you wish. Technique is strongly highlighted in this open class. The Barre exercise portion typically lasts 45-50 minutes, with center/across the floor lasting 20 minutes, and small/big jumps lasting 20 minutes.
