Almanac – Virtual – Strength and Mobility For Movement with Jess

Strength and mobility are essential to keeping a body in peak form and are an important part of injury prevention whether you are an acrobat, athlete, dance, or actor. In this class, Jess Adams, an Almanac Company Member and professional dancer and acrobat, will warm up specific muscle groups that will then be strengthened, toned, and actively and passively stretched. These exercises will support your overall physical health while increasing your strength and range of motion. While geared toward the dancer/circus artist this class will help anyone trying to stay at the top of their game! Classes are virtual and free but donations are always welcomed!
